This character was actually a late addition to the Chronicles. After looking whatever I had for the moment, I realised that my story needed two things. For one, I needed someone that could act as a stranger to Haven as a stand-in/conduit for the reader as they discover this world. Secondly, the original main character would be undergoing radical changes and in order to ground the series, I needed somebody that would not fluctuate so much.
As such, Zeroes was born. I pulled him from a short story I did about a underpaid, overworked Goblin henchman. Castle Blackthorn makes an appearance in this comic as well as some of the characters that are in the short story.
